Patch 1.000.026

Improvements and enhancements:

  • Enhanced hit reaction visuals for better clarity when taking damage.
  • Camera tweaks to prevent clipping behind the player. The camera pivots upward when obstructed.
  • Implemented RAD audio compression for improved overall sound quality.

New settings added:

  • Film Grain setting in Main and Pause menus.
  • Aspect Ratio setting for full-screen gameplay in Main and Pause menus.
  • Motion Blur setting in Main and Pause menus.

Bug fixes:

  • Resolved the retinal-scan communications door re-locking when backtracking.
  • Fixed rare lock-up when switching from automatic to semi-automatic weapons.
  • Corrected weapon fire rate carrying over when swapping weapons mid-burst.
  • Fixed New Game+ starting outfit not applying correctly.
  • Resolved visible gun slide error during the T-Rex boss cutscene.
  • Fixed rare case where the Antidote could not be used.
  • Prevented continued walking movement when opening storage while moving.
  • Blocked interaction with the Generator puzzle after completion.
  • Fixed inventory opening after death.
  • Fixed volume settings in Main and Pause menus not scaling correctly from 0 to 100.
  • Fixed issue where the player could accidentally holster a weapon by selecting the same weapon on the D-Pad.

Patch 1.000.025

Bug fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where the first gear pouch would rarely not respawn after death and reload.
  • Fixed a bug where items in Global Storage incorrectly consumed inventory items when used. Only inventory items can now be used as intended.
  • Fixed a rare issue where dying with the inventory or notes menu open could make the death screen temporarily unresponsive.

Gameplay improvements:

  • Enhanced weapon selection to prevent input spamming that could lock the ability to fire.
  • Added three customizable size options for subtitles.

Balance and visual adjustments:

  • Increased the visual intensity of the poison effect for clearer feedback.
  • Improved crouch and prone detection when standing up to prevent getting stuck under low overhangs.

Performance optimizations:

  • Applied targeted tweaks to Hardware Lumen Global Illumination for better performance on PS5 and PS5 Pro.

Level and environment fixes:

  • Removed invisible collision on the chandelier chain in the ballroom.
  • Removed a floating object in the factory area of the bio-engineering lab.
